Fray Junipero Serra Museum

Description: A guided tour of the centre dedicated to the founder of the Californian missions of San Francisco and Los Angeles followed by lunch. This museum opened in 1959 and highlights the achievements of the Franciscan friar Junípero Serra, who was born in Petra. He personally founded nine missions, of which some went on to become important towns in Alta California, USA. The tour will be held in Castellano and English. GBO members, friends and family are welcome.
Price: 25 Euros/person, payable at the venue.
